This year’s American Society for Preventive Cardiology (ASPC) meeting was the largest yet and was filled with fantastic clinical and research presentations on topics related to preventive cardiology. Stanford had a big presence at the meeting, and Shoa was thrilled to win first place in a highly competitive Early Career Research Competition. The first place award is named after the pioneering preventive cardiologist Roger S. Blumental.
